Here’s a Consumer Alert. If you’re taking your vehicle to John Eagle Collision Center in Dallas, Texs thinking that they are going to restore your vehicle according to the manufacturer specifications, realize they’re not. They are required to do so and they don’t. Here’s a classic example. Honda demands and requires that its roofs be welded. What John Eagle do? They use glue. If you have chosen John Eagle Collission Center because they brag about how they restore your vehicle to the manufacturer specifications, think again. They do what the insurance company tells them to do, not what the vehicle manufacturers tell them to do. And they do that because they want to get paid, they don’t care about your safety. Most people don’t know that they can sue car manufacturers, bus manufacturers and 18-wheeler truck manufacturers for unsafe vehicles that cause wrongful death or serious personal injury in car accidents.

Personal injury lawyer Todd Tracy focuses on “Who Caused The Serious Car Accident Injuries or Death” — not who caused the accident. Even if you may be at fault in the cause of the accident such loosing control on an icy or wet surface, you still may have a case if your vehicle’s safety systems failed to protect you. Car companies are required by federal motor vehicle safety standards to make vehicles that will protect the driver and passengers from catastrophic injuries or death.

If you, a family member or a friend have suffered a traumatic car accident injury or they were killed in an auto accident, you need to contact a car accident lawyer with a successful record in court for fighting the world’s biggest car companies.

I would have to agree that body shops suck up to insurance adjusters and cut corners on most repairs for the repeat insurance work, and really don't care if the consumer is injured from defective workmanship. Mechanical work is closely related to allow maximum profit for the repair shop and fraudulent repairs at the customer's expense.
