How is reserve capacity measured? What's a healthy amount of reserve capacity for a battery?

I was looking on Craig's List for a battery for a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan. There were a few new or almost new batteries for sale, but nothing for a Grand Caravan. No joy there, so I'm checking at the local auto parts stores.
